Getting Started
Atlantic Pro automates Amazon's official Request a Review workflow. This guide explains what happens before, during and after you connect Seller Central.
What Atlantic Does
Atlantic connects securely to Seller Central, synchronizes the order information required for automation and asks Amazon whether Request a Review is available. When Amazon makes the action available, Atlantic submits Amazon's standard Request a Review and records what happened so you can see the relevant account and automation state in your dashboard.
Atlantic does not promise more reviews, positive reviews, sales growth or a specific review conversion rate.
Before You Connect
You will need:
- A work email for your Atlantic account.
- Access to the appropriate Amazon Seller Central account.
- Authority to approve the Atlantic application for that seller account.
Atlantic never asks for, receives or stores your Amazon password. Authorization happens on Amazon through Amazon OAuth.
Connecting Amazon
- Enter your work email on Atlantic's Connect Seller Central page.
- Open the secure one-time connection link Atlantic emails to you.
- Confirm the link to continue to Amazon.
- Review Amazon's authorization screen for the correct Seller Central account.
- Approve the Atlantic application on Amazon.
- Return to Atlantic, review the Terms, Privacy Policy and Beta Agreement, then continue to your dashboard.
Why Atlantic Needs Amazon Permissions
Atlantic uses Amazon access only to identify the connected seller account, synchronize the order information required for automation, check whether Request a Review is available and submit Amazon's official Request a Review when Amazon makes it available.
See Security and Data Handling for more detail about authorization, stored information and protection.
What Happens After Connection
Atlantic stores the Amazon connection securely using an encrypted authorization token. After you accept the current terms and continue to the dashboard, Atlantic's scheduled background process performs the initial order synchronization and begins checking the required order information automatically.
Amazon remains the authority on whether Request a Review is available. When Amazon makes it available, Atlantic processes the request automatically and records the outcome. Your dashboard shows relevant information such as synchronized order activity, review-request activity and whether your account needs attention. You normally do not need to trigger requests manually.
How Review Automation Works
Amazon decides whether a Request a Review action is available. Atlantic automates checking and sending it.
Atlantic does not use its own return, refund or cancellation rules to replace Amazon's decision. It checks Amazon before sending each new request. Atlantic also does not write or customize the message: Amazon sends its standard Request a Review communication, which requests both a product review and seller feedback.
What Atlantic Can Measure
Atlantic can report activity it directly observes, including synchronized orders, the review-request lifecycle, requests submitted through Atlantic and relevant automation state. It cannot prove that Atlantic caused a particular customer review, attribute an exact review-conversion rate to Request a Review or guarantee review growth.
Disconnecting Atlantic
You can revoke Atlantic's Amazon authorization from Seller Central. After authorization is revoked, Atlantic can no longer use that connection to synchronize orders, check Request a Review availability or submit new requests. Contact hello@atlanticengine.dev if you want help confirming that automation has stopped or want to request account or data deletion.
See Data Handling for the deletion process or Support for help.
