Atlantic

Beta Agreement

Welcome to the Atlantic beta. We are grateful that you are trying Atlantic early and helping us build reliable, policy-aware automation for Amazon sellers.

Atlantic Is Beta Software

Atlantic is currently free public beta software. That means the product is actively improving and may still contain bugs, delays, missing data, incomplete features or unexpected behavior.

What Atlantic Does

Atlantic uses Amazon's official Selling Partner API (SP-API) to sync eligible order data and send Amazon's official Request-a-Review messages when the workflow is authorized by you.

Monitor Your Amazon Account

Atlantic is designed to reduce manual work, but beta sellers should still monitor Seller Central, Atlantic's dashboard and review-request activity. If anything looks wrong, pause use if needed and contact us.

Service Availability

We work hard to keep Atlantic dependable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service during beta. Atlantic may be affected by Amazon availability, third-party providers, maintenance, scheduler delays, network issues or product defects.

Your Responsibilities

By using Atlantic, you confirm that you are authorized to connect the Amazon seller account, that you will follow Amazon policies and applicable laws, and that you will not use Atlantic to misuse Amazon systems or attempt unauthorized access.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Atlantic is provided during beta "as is" and without warranties of uninterrupted or error-free operation. Atlantic will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or lost-profit damages related to beta use.

Report Issues

Please report bugs, confusing behavior, missing data or security concerns to support@atlanticengine.dev. Helpful reports include timestamps, order IDs if relevant, screenshots and what you expected to happen.

Thank You

Beta users help shape Atlantic. We will keep the product focused, transparent and respectful of seller operations as it improves.
