Atlantic

Privacy Policy

Atlantic helps Amazon sellers automate eligible Request-a-Review workflows using Amazon's official Selling Partner API. This policy explains what we collect, why we collect it and how we protect it during the public beta.

Information We Collect

When you connect Seller Central, Atlantic may store your Amazon seller identifier, marketplace, account email, OAuth connection status, encrypted refresh token, order metadata, review request status, sync state, activity history and support messages you send to us.

How We Use Information

We use this information to operate Atlantic: syncing orders, determining review-request eligibility, sending Amazon's official Request-a-Review messages, showing your dashboard, troubleshooting issues, preventing abuse and improving reliability.

Amazon Credentials

Atlantic never receives or stores your Amazon password. Authentication happens through Amazon OAuth. Amazon refresh tokens are encrypted before storage and decrypted only when Atlantic needs to request an Amazon access token.

Sharing

Atlantic does not sell seller data. We share data only with service providers needed to operate Atlantic, comply with law, protect the service or perform actions you authorize through Amazon SP-API.

Beta Operations

During beta, we may review operational logs, sync results and support reports to diagnose issues and improve the product. We avoid logging sensitive values such as OAuth codes, access tokens, refresh tokens, cookies and encryption keys.

Retention and Deletion

We retain seller data while your Atlantic account is connected or as needed for operational, legal, security and abuse-prevention purposes. To request deletion or disconnect guidance, contact support@atlanticengine.dev.
