Data Handling
Atlantic stores only the data needed to operate seller onboarding, order sync, review automation, dashboards, reliability checks and support.
What Seller Data Is Stored
- Amazon seller identifiers and marketplace information.
- Amazon OAuth connection records and encrypted refresh tokens.
- Order metadata needed for synchronization and review eligibility.
- Review request attempts, timestamps, statuses and error details.
- Sync state used to recover from missed scheduler runs.
- Activity records shown in the seller dashboard.
Why It Is Stored
Atlantic uses stored data to avoid duplicate review requests, recover from missed scheduler runs, show accurate dashboard metrics and provide support when something goes wrong.
How It Is Protected
Production data is stored in managed infrastructure, Amazon refresh tokens are encrypted, access is limited by operational need, HTTPS is used in production and sensitive values are redacted from logs.
Seller Monitoring
Atlantic is designed to reduce manual work, not remove seller oversight. During beta, sellers should monitor their Amazon account and Atlantic dashboard for unexpected activity or missing data.
How Sellers Can Disconnect
Sellers can revoke Atlantic's Amazon access from Seller Central. You can also contact support@atlanticengine.dev for help disconnecting or confirming that automation has stopped.
Data Deletion Process
To request deletion, email support@atlanticengine.dev from the address associated with your business. We will verify the request and remove or anonymize data that is no longer required for legal, security or operational purposes.
