These Terms explain how Atlantic may be used during its private assisted beta. Atlantic Engine is operated by Prana Inc., a registered sole proprietorship in India. By using Atlantic, you authorize us to connect to your Amazon account through Amazon OAuth and perform the operations needed to provide order synchronization, review automation and dashboard reporting.
Beta Service
Atlantic Review Automation is currently available through a private assisted beta with founder-assisted onboarding. Online billing is currently being enabled, and no payment is required today. Features may change, availability may vary and some workflows may need adjustment as we learn from real seller usage.
Introductory pricing and eligibility
The introductory offer is available to the first five paying, verified businesses. After a 14-day free trial, the final customer price is ₹999 INR per month per business. Eligibility will be confirmed before you agree to a paid subscription. This is a limited introductory offer, not a standard price promised to every future customer.
The package covers review-request automation and monitoring across that business's supported, verified marketplace connections. Unrelated businesses managed by an agency are separate billing businesses, even if they share a login. Marketplace availability must be confirmed during onboarding; this offer does not promise support for every marketplace.
For new subscriptions, the ₹999 INR monthly price is locked for 24 months from the paid subscription start date, provided the subscription stays active. Future separately priced modules are not automatically included. Previously agreed pricing commitments remain unchanged. Complimentary design-partner access is separate from this paid offer.
Seller Responsibilities
You are responsible for maintaining your Amazon account, complying with Amazon policies and applicable laws, reviewing your Atlantic dashboard and ensuring that anyone who connects Atlantic for your business has permission to do so.
Amazon OAuth Authorization
You may revoke Atlantic's access through Seller Central or by contacting support. Revoking access may stop synchronization, review automation and dashboard updates. Atlantic does not receive your Amazon password.
Acceptable Use
You may not use Atlantic to abuse Amazon systems, interfere with service operations, attempt unauthorized access, bypass security controls, send unlawful requests or use the service for activity that violates Amazon policies.
Service Availability
We work to keep Atlantic reliable, but no software service can guarantee uninterrupted operation. Atlantic may be affected by Amazon outages, Amazon policy changes, third-party providers, network issues, maintenance or beta defects.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Atlantic is provided during beta without warranties of uninterrupted or error-free operation. Atlantic will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or lost-profit damages arising from use of the beta service.
