Amazon's automatic emails vs Request a Review

Amazon already sends automatic review emails. Request a Review is a separate action available for eligible orders in Seller Central. Atlantic automates that action for sellers who would otherwise handle it manually.

What is the Request a Review button?

Open an order's details in Seller Central and look for Request a Review. Its availability depends on Amazon's eligibility checks. The action asks Amazon to send its standard message requesting a product review and seller feedback. You do not write the message yourself.

What does Atlantic do?

  1. You authorize Atlantic through Amazon. You do not share your Amazon password.
  2. Atlantic checks whether Amazon makes Request a Review available for an order.
  3. When available, Atlantic submits the standard request and records the outcome in your dashboard.

This removes repetitive checking and clicking. It does not mean every order will be eligible or that every buyer will leave a review.

Should I also send requests manually?

Do not run overlapping request workflows for the same orders. Amazon's Solicitations API documentation limits this solicitation to one per order. If another tool already handles it, establish which tool owns the workflow before using Atlantic.

Will this increase my reviews or ratings?

There is no guarantee. A submitted request is not a published review. Atlantic reports the request activity it observes; it does not prove that a particular review was caused by Atlantic or promise positive ratings or sales growth.

Who should try Atlantic?

Our current offer is for Amazon India sellers who manage a Seller Central account and still handle this action manually. If Amazon's automatic emails are enough for you, or your existing tool already submits Request a Review, you may not need Atlantic.
